SWEET CORN SOUP WITH MEXICAN SANDWICH

A good and full of nutrition dish to serve your body.An exotic combination of soup and sandwich.
A delicious heart loving starter.

SERVING: 1-2 serving

PREPARATION TIME:10 minutes

COOK TIME:15 minutes

INGREDIENTS:
**FOR SOUP--
    100gm cabbage juliants
    100gm carrot round cutted
    10 sticks of green beans chopped
    1 green chilly nicely chopped
    1 cup grinded corn paste
    2.5 cups of water
    1/2 table spoon of salt
    1/4 table spoon of vineger

**FOR SANDWICH
    6 slices of wheat bread
    5 juliants of chopped green capsicum
    1 cup of boiled corns
    5-6 olives
    1/4 table spoon oregeno
    1/4 table spoon of chat masala
    1/4 table spoon of lemon juice
    1 table spoon of  fat free cheese spread
    1 table spoon of chilly sauce
    few boiled veggies of soup

METHOD:
**FOR SOUP
    Take all the veggies of soup with 2.5 cup of water and give it a boil for 10 minutes in microwave.then take this vegetable stock along with veggies in a bowl leaving few of them for later use and simmer it again,after a boil add grinded corn paste,salt,vineger to it and again give it a boil.
    Add finely chopped corriander leaves and serve hot.

**FOR SANDWICH
    Take a bowl mix the left over for later use veggies,boiled corns and chopped capsicum.Add salt,chat masala,olives,lemon juice,oregeno.Mix it well.
    Take a slice of wheat bread and greese it with cheese spread.put the mixture over the slice.Now take the other slice of bread and greese  it with chilly sause and put over the mixture to form 2 layer sandwich,now over this slice again put the mixture and cover it cheese greesed 3rd slice.
   If needed as per your taste you can keep a cheese slice over the 2nd slice.
   Grill the sandwich and serve with soup.

READY:
   Serve hot with delicious mexican sandwich.
