healthy tiffin salad

                                                  HEALTHY TIFFIN SALADS







Gives a change from regular sabji roti.

Best to be served with pulao curry to add more veggies n fruits in the meal


A salad that's juicy,full of nutrition,plenty of health and a tummy full and completes the lunch..

Makes 1 to 2 servings

Ingredients

1/4 cup tomatoes julienne
1/4 cup cucumber julienne
1/2 pomegranate (anar)
2-5 mint
4-5 green olives
1/2 tbsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1/4 tbsp freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch)
1/4 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tbsp salt
chopped coriander (dhania) for garnishing



Method
  1. Take a bowl
  2. Combine the tomatoes, cucumber, green olives, pomegranate and mint and mix well.
  3. Add salt, cumin seeds powder,pepper,lemon juice, mix well.
  4. Sprinkle coriander and serve.
