HOT BLACK PEPPER +LEMON TEA
Drink for winter season and paryushan parva. Home tip to get rid of cough, bad cold, headache.
IT CAN BE SERD AS HOT OR COLD TEA


Preparation Time:

Makes 2 to 3 cups

Ingredients

 

Method
  1. Heat water for one minute.
  2. Add crushed pepper to it.
  3. Add sugar, mix well and boil for 9 minutes.
  4. Strain the same in cups.
  5. Add 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice in each cup.
  6. Serve HOT OR CHILLED COLD

INGREDIENTS

 

200 gm boiled,mashed potatoes
3 chopped green chillies
2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
2 tbsp chopped spinach (palak)
2 tbsp crushed groundnuts
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
salt to taste
oil for deep frying
green chutney to serve
tomato ketchup to serve

 

 

Method

  1. Peel and mash the potatoes well.
  2. Add the sago, salt and cumin seeds and mix well.
  3. Add the green chillies, coriander, spinach and groundnuts and mix well and knead into a smooth mixture.
  4. Roll the mixture into a 1" thick circle.
  5. Using a star shaped nozzle, cut them into small stars.
  6. Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry the stars till they turn golden brown and crisp.
  7. Drain on an absorbent paper.
  8. Serve hot with chutney and ketchup.

Description
heavy,tummyful,healthy snack can be enjoyed any time during day and night.mouth watering tiffin pack for kids as well as elders. stuffing can be - 1.boiled potatoes+paneer+green chillies+coriander leaves+salt. 2.leftover veg shallow fried with onions+coriander leaves+green chillies.

Ingredient List
Main Ingredients
8 bread slices
200 gm pttatoes
100 gm paneer
4 green chilles-chopped finely
1 tbsp coriander leaves-chopped finely
oil for frying or shallow frying
salt to taste.

Method
1. Boil potatoes
2. Mash potatoes
3. Mix paneer,chillies.
4. Mix in coriander leaves,salt.
5. Make 8 parts of above dough.
6. Dip 1 bread slice in water for 10 seconds
7. Put on the palm
8. Pressslightly with other palm
9. Put one part of dough across on the bread
10. Roll it on our palm
11. Give shape like karelas
12. Make all rolls
13. Deep fry
14. Or
15. Shallow fry on tawa
16. Serve hot with sauce and chutney

PANEER-MINT PARATHA
Ingredients

Method
  1. Mash paneer well and add the mint, mix well and keep aside.
  2. Add the flour, salt and chilli powder, mix well and add the cumin seeds powder.
  3. Mix well and knead into a smooth dough using enough water.
  4. Keep for 10 minutes.
  5. Make 12 equal balls of the dough and roll each into parathas of 5" diameter.
  6. Make all triangle parathas.
  7. Serve hot with chutney and sauce.
