Ingredient List | Main Ingredients 12 BOILED LASAGNA NOODLES, 2 CUPS -GRATED CHEESES 1 CUP -GRATED PANEER 3 CUPS BOILED MIX VEGETABLES (PEAS,MAIZE,CABBAGE,CARROT,POATOES,CAPSICUM) 3 CUPS MIX CUT FRUITS (APPLE,PINEAPPLE,GRAPES,STRAWBERRY ETC) 1 TSP SUGAR 1 CUP FRESH CURD 1/2 CUP MALAI (CREAM) 1 TSP BLACK PEPPER POWDER 1 TSP RED CHILLY FLAKES 1 TSP OREGANO SALT TO TASTE OIL FOR SHALLO FRYING |
Method | Method 1. Heat oil in pan 2. Add boiled vegetables 3. Add salt ,red chilly flakes to taste 4. Mix well fruits,salt sugar 5. Add cream 6. Mixx well 7. Mix paneer,cheese 8. Add salt,black pepper powder 9. Add oregano,curd 10. Mix well 11. Take baking dish -9 to 13 inch size 12. With 3-4 inch sides 13. Apply butter to it 14. Spread veg mix one layer - 1 15. On this spread 4 lasagna noodles 16. On noodles , spread fruit mix - 2 17. On this spread paneer cheese mix - 3 18. Repeat step 1 , 2 , 3 19. Apread 4 noodles 20. Repeat step 1 ,2 , 3 21. Cover the dish with foil 22. Bake in pre heated oven at 200 degrees . For 15 minutes. 23. Keep aside for 5 minutes 24. Now serve it hot |
