2 CUP MIX DALS SOAKED:MOONG DAL,ARHAR DAL,
                                CHANA DAL,BOILED
                                RAJMA-CHHOLE ETC
2 TBSP FINELY GRATED PANEER
2 TBSP CURD
1 CUP FINELY CHOPED CORIANDER +GREEN ONION
1 TSP FINELY CHOPED GREEN CHILLIES
1 TSP CUMMIN SEEDS
SALT TO TASTE
OIL FOR MAKING HEART
SOAK ALL MIX DALS FOR 8 HOURS
MAKE FINE PASTE WITH CURD
ADD GREEN LEAVES IN IT
ADD PANEER,SALT,CUMMIN SEEDS
STIR NICELY
MAKE HEART SHAPE PUDLAS ON HOT OILED TAVA
COOK BOTH SIDES OF HEARTS(PUDLAS)
SERVE HOT WITH TOMATO SAUCE+PUDINA CHUTNEY.
