INGREDIENTSA:

2 CUP MAIDA
1/2 CUP WHEAT FLOUR
1/2 CUP SAMOLINA
SALT TO TASTE
1 CUP BOILED MASHED POTATOES
1 TSP GALIC GINGER PASTE
1 TSP CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES
2 TBSP MASHED PANEER
1 TSP TIL (SESAME SEEDS)
1 TSP GREEN CHIILIES CHOPPED FINELY
1 TSP CARAWAY SEEDS
OIL FOR FRYING

METHOD:

MIX ALL FLOUR IN A BOWL
MIX IN POTATOES,PANEER
ADD ALL GREEN STUFF
ADD ALL LEFT OVER INGREDIENTS EXCEPT OIL
KNEAD WELL
KEEP FOR 1/2 AN HOUR
MAKE EQUAL BALLS OF ALL
MAKE ROUND OR OVAL SHAPE BHATURAS
DEEP FRY ALL
SERVE HOT WITH CHOLAS OR PUNJABI MIX GRAVY VEG AND PUDINA CHUTNEY
