PANEER POTATO MASALA PARATHAS

                              PANEER  POTATO MASALA PARATH







 INGREDIENTS:
200 GM PANEER
100 GM BOILED MASHED POTATOES
200 GM WHEAT FLOUR
6 GREEN CHILLIES FINELY CHOPPED
2 TBSP FINELY CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES
1 TBSP FINELY CHOPPED MINT LEAVES
1 TSP CUMMIN SEEDS
1 TSP SESAME SEEDS
1 TSP POPPY SEEDS
SALT TO TASTE
GHEE OR BUTTER AS REQUIRED

METHOD:
MIX PANEER,POTATOES.
MASH WELL
MIX IN CHILLIES,GREEN LEAVES
MIX IN ALL MASALAS
ADD FLOUR
ADD 1 TBSP GHEE
KNEAD WELL
MAKE MEDIUM SIZE BALLS
ROLL
COKKK BOTH SIDE
APPLY BUTTER/GHEE
MAKE CRISPY
SERVE HOT WITH GREEN CHUTNEY AND SAUCE
