 100 GMS SABUDANA
 100 GMS LITTLE BOILED AND  DEEP FRIED POTATO

  METHOD:

 SOAK SABUDANA IN WATER FOR 3 MINUTE-WATER 1 FINGER ABOVE SABUDANA
 DRAIN OUT WATER
 KEEP SABUNANA WITH LITTLE WATER FOR 2 HOURS -WATER JUST COVER    
SABUDANA
 HEAT GHEE
 PUT IN CUMMIN SEEDS,GREEN CHILLIES,CURRY LEAVES
 ADD SOAKED SABUDANA
 ADD GROUNDNUTS,FRIED POTATOES
 SPRINKLE SALT,LIME JUICE,SUGAR
 STIR PROPERLY
 PUT IN BEAUTIFUL
 GARNISH WITH FRUITS,CORRIANDER LEAVES
 SERVE VERY HOT-HOT WITH 1 MUG HOT KESAR MILK.
